Mr. Gross is a Barrister at Law (Lincolns Inn) and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He is the senior partner at A.F. Gross Advocate and co-founder of Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre.
Mr. Gross is a Certified Public Secretary; a Chartered Arbitrator, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London (FCIArb.); an accredited mediator (C.E.D.R.), CIArb Panel of Mediators; a Registered Mediator (W.I.P.O.); and a member of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce Panel of Arbitrators.
He has served as a member in the LSK Commercial Sub-Committee, (Law Society of Kenya); International Bar Association; Chartered Institute of Public Secretaries, Kenya; Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London and Kenya; Centre for Dispute Resolution, London among other institutions.
