Emmanuel Lekatoo is a student in the new Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree at Strathmore University and part of the 20% of Strathmore University students on a form of financial aid. Having grown up in a pastoralist community in Kajiado County, Lekatoo says he would like to use his engineering education to give his community access to clean energy and water.
