Who We Are

Strathmore University Foundation supports Strathmore University and is registered as a Kenyan-based not-for-profit company limited by guarantee.
The sole purpose of the foundation is to mobilize resources to support the University’s initiatives such as scholarships, endowments, expansion of the University, and the establishment of Research Centers & Professorial Chairs among other priorities.
The Strathmore University Foundation currently administers 10 endowment funds which earn a cumulative annual interest of KES 11.6 million. At the moment these endowment funds are utilized to support scholarships for needy students.

We will build strong relationships with donors by acquiring, cultivating, retaining, and stewarding them.

Expanding Donor Base and Reach

We will broaden our donor base by targeting emerging segments, sensitizing students to the importance of philanthropy, and fundraising globally
